Conçu

Let's start with the OGs, shall we? Conçu's journey in Hyderabad from a small-hole-in-the-wall patisserie in Jubilee Hills to the multi-branch chain they are now, is inspiring to say the least. Come winter, and we love gorging on their signature specials Strawberry Trifle & Cream, and chocolate dipped strawberries. They're one of the most sought after patisseries in town for cakes. Visit their outlet at CBI Colony in Jubilee Hills for some dessert, and you will routinely find people walking in for their pre-ordered custom cakes.

Spero Patisserie and Boulangerie is the brainchild of Chef Priya Bhoopal, an alumnus of the prestigious Le Cordon Bleu. The chef worked in Spain for several years before founding the calming Spero Patisserie and Boulangerie at Jubilee Hills. Their space is designed by celebrated VJ and Chef Maria Goretti, whom you may recall from MTV. The patisserie is done up tastefully with subtle pastel shades and tiny accent pieces giving the space a home-like vibe. Make sure to taste their Berliners and Croissant Sandwiches when you visit, they're an absolute must-try among an extensive menu of desserts, beverages and freshly baked breads. They offer party boxes with desserts like Pannacotta, Fruit Tarts, Tiramisu, Tres leches and Chocolate Slices - perfect for intimate gatherings. Their Sourdough is a cult favourite, so make sure to pick it up when you visit!

Mon Âme Patisserie

Mon Âme Patisserie is an all women kitchen run by Chef Taarini Tainwala, a trained Pastry Chef from the Le Cordon Bleu London. The cloud kitchen in Hyderabad serves completely eggless French style desserts. Do notice their logo - a design that combines the Eiffel Tower at Paris and the Big Ben in London, an ode to the Chef's journey in both the cities while learning the intricacies of Fresh desserts to be brought back to Hyderabad. They constantly update their menu as per the seasons and offer themed hampers regularly, do keep an eye out on their Instagram. We highly recommend you try their chocolate truffles and almond brittle - they're on par with those served in some of the fanciest patisseries abroad!

Based in Mahendra Hills, Secunderabad, the Home Bakery Miss Butter Fingers by run by Isha Jain specialises in buttercream and ganache based cakes, cookies, double chocolate brownies and red velvet cheesecakes. You will be surprised to find that they're a completely eggless bakery! All their baked goods are made to order, after a thorough consultation of what the occasion is, along with the number of people you're hosting. Their baked cheesecakes and signature chocolate cakes are the bestsellers, with a surprisingly light and airy consistency despite being an all eggless confectionery!

Run by Chef Ashmeet Singh Dua, the first thing that strikes you about Xocolatl Hyderabad is their stunning black and gold branding that instantly reminds you of Harry Potter and other fantasy fiction books. Whether or not you order from them, we highly recommend taking a look at their Instagram feed, it's all kinds of cake goals! Something unique the cloud kitchen offers is Pull Up Cakes, and most of their offerings are eggless. Their aim is to spread happiness through dessert, and we couldn't agree more! All their offerings are made with premium ingredients, while still being budget-friendly. Xocolatl's chocolate cakes are legendary, and they take care of deliveries too, so order in! 

Diwali Specials: Get your hands on their Florentine Mawa Bites, Chocolate Bites/Barfi which are tempered chocolate cubes made from pure ganache and a selection of thoughtfully placed gifts like scented candles and an indoor plant so you have something to enjoy through the year.

Foncé Chocolatier is a crowd favourite where you can get one of the best Hot Chocolates in Hyderabad. The luxury atelier offers you a Parisian Cafe experience in Hyderabad, with their warm Croissants and Hot Chocolate served with Marshmallows. They offer gourmet cakes, signature desserts, and top-quality chocolates in unique flavours like matcha, smoked chocolate, and even a turmeric and ginger variant! They offer a selection of custom cakes, from simple single-tiered ones to more elaborate floral cakes at an excellent price point. We recommend you check out their themed cakes that are ideal for childrens' birthday parties and other special occasions. We especially love their Unicorn themed and Pop Culture themed cakes. You could schedule a pick up via delivery apps easily from their kitchen when you place an order. Since all the orders at Vintage Sugar are made to order, we recommend placing an order at least 24 hours in advance. 

Diwali Specials: The home baker offers a Box of 6 cupcakes in chocolate and blueberry flavours along with a customisable chocolate or vanilla cake. You could place an order for either one of them, or opt for both.

They offer gourmet chocolates, cake pops, stroopwafels, nut brittles, mini cakes and dessert jars. What's also great is that the duo specialises in making gift hampers with excellent taste in aesthetics. Come any special occasion including weddings, birthdays or Rakhi, their baked goods, all made in house, are curated perfectly in their hampers. We think their price point is pretty affordable too!

We came across Sourir Bakehouses's adorable Bento Cakes online and were instantly smitten! Sourir in French means to smile and the idea behind the brand is to make people smile with their bakes. Chef and Founder Ishaa Malve Chhabria was extremely happy with the quality of the old school cakes she found in Europe and decided to bring the joy back to Hyderabad. They make old school fondant-free cakes that would remind you of your childhood made with the highest quality of ingredients. Sourir Bakehouse offers desserts that aren't just visually appealing, but taste amazing too! All the baked goods at Sourir Bakehouse run high on nostalgia, which you will notice in the way they use simple yet joyfully designed desserts.

The Chef was overwhelmed with orders on the first few hours of opening her slots, and hence decided to start her own home bakery. The young Chef has also catered to some of the most legendary names in the Telugu Film Industry.

Some of their most-loved baked goods include brownies, cheesecakes, cookies, macarons and tarts. They have a whopping 150 varieties of eggless desserts on their menu, and offer full customisation. Their eggless brownies are a must try in over ten variants, including Nutella, Cornflake Crisp, and Oreo among others. They're well renowned for their excellent customer service and prompt deliveries at an affordable price point.
