Madly love with Proxy Bar with its Great food, Stunning Ambiance, Incredible Service and Amazing Music. After having great fusion appetizers the other day, I wanted to try out their other dishes. Felt like trying out their Burgers as it was suggested by the staff there.
Featuring here is Grilled Lamb Burger with Gherkins. The buns were so fluffy which is made in house, lamb patty was freaking juicy, Grilled to perfection, well seasoned! Not too spicy, also the amount of Mayonnaise added was perfect, not overloaded. Few Gherkins (Pickled Cucumber) added on top on Patty. Served with hot potato wedges and Fresh Slice on Watermelon. Such a Cute Presentation, Loved the cutlery here.
