This tiny place in Banjara Hills is very easy to miss, but it's quite Instagram-worthy. Their authentic Erra Karam Dosa left our mouths on fire but reminded us of home. They serve up to 20 types of Dosa and gained popularity with a Pizza Dosa and Nutella Dosa. Do note that parking can be tricky here.

Govind Ki Bandi
Find yourself being dragged towards this little kiosk, Govind Dosa (also known as Govind Ki Bandi), with its all-engulfing aroma. Tawa Idli or freshly-tossed dosa, you are in for a treat. Served along with coconut chutney, there are several options for you to explore, but we implore you to stick to the basics like Butter Dosa or Ravva Dosa for they melt in your mouth. Careful before you dig in, though, because these are served steaming hot. But with a bottle of water in your kitty, you’re sorted.

True to its name, Dosa Factory in Tolichowki is continuously whipping out some mouth-watering dosas. It is one of the few eateries in the city that opens at 5am and is open till 12am. Their Onion Dosa and Ghee Masala Dosa are major crowd pleasers.

Might not be the best place to sit and eat with your family, but Royal Tiffin Centre is definitely a place you must go to if you want to try something hatke. Our personal favourite is Butter Cheese Dosa, but if you’re in the mood for some adventure, you must try Pasta Dosa.

If you find yourself craving delicious and crispy dosa after midnight — get to Attarinti Dosa in Madhapur. Located on the street where most food trucks are found after the midnight, finding this truck is perhaps tricky but once you do, ask for their MLA Cheese Idli, Mushroom Chilli Dosa, and Butter Masala Dosa. They serve up more than 100 varieties of dishes — so go with a large appetite.
