Honestly, I was quite apprehensive visiting a restaurant post lockdown. However, it has been 3 long months since I stepped out so decided to give it a shot. I must say most of my fears were laid to rest. Exotica has put in separate cellophane blinders across each seating area to ensure that guests are isolated from others. Each cutlery is sanitised and kept in sealed packs. Moreover, their service is completely contactless so you can rest all your fears! I started off with the Paneer Tikka Peshawari had cubes of paneer marinated in yoghurt masala and glazed in the tandoor. The Roti pe Boti had tender morsels of lamb marinated in their special recipe and roasted in the tandoor, topped on the cocktail paratha. The Murgh ke Chaamp is their speciality of boneless chicken thighs tossed in a piquant marinade and roasted in the tandoor. The Kerry or Sabza ka Panna is a refreshingly tangy combination of basil seed and cuchy kerry. Overall: Not only was the food delicious but the staff were extremely conscious about the hygiene was each and everything was sanitised!
