The classes are divided into two — weekends and weekdays. The best part? It has many batches segregated from 6 am to 6:30 pm on a weekday and during the weekend, it starts from 10 am to 4:30 pm. You can choose your slot as per your convenience and the type of yoga you would like to do. And yes, they have dedicated class for kids as well on Saturday and Sunday.
