What Makes It Awesome?

Hyde Kitchen is located in QCity and I was mildly surprised when I visited this place. It has a beautiful ambience and the service is impeccable.

I started with the Manchow soup that was a tad bit on the saltier side. The Lemon Coriander soup was quite refreshing and full of flavours. The Kebab Platter consisted of Fish Hariyali Tikka, Murgh Malai Kebab, Lasooni Murgh Tikka and Mutton Chops. The Achari Prawns are a must-have dish that you should try. The Chicken Satay was delicious and garnished with spring onions. The Chicken 65 was spicy and perfect as a starter. The Chicken Lollipop was one of my favorites with a crisp coating outside. Another dish that you should just not miss is the burnt garlic noodles. These soft noodles have a smoky flavour and you will keep craving for more. For desserts, I had the Gulab Jamun with ice cream, Qubani ka Meetha and Fried Icecream. The Fried Icecream has a coating of coconut whose flavour will linger with you.

Overall this is a hidden gem that you should just visit for their great food!
