A New Menu Cafe Has Arrived At Dirty Martini & We Can't Keep Calm

Dirty Martini has just launched their new menu that will go live from Monday and here is a sneak peek.

Let’s begin with the starters. The Mumbai Vada Pav sliders had potato tempered in Indian spices served with tamarind, green relish and garlic chutney. The next dish was the Stuffed Bhavnagri Chillies. The Pimento Chillies were stuffed with cheese, mushroom and Feta yoghurt. The Galouti Mushroom had Button Mushroom pate minced with Indian herbs and spices. The Mumbai Kheema Pav Slider is a popular Mumbai street food that has minced lamb served in bread. The Dynamite Shrimps had tempura battered shrimps tossed in Sriracha Aioli and lemon drizzle. The Pulled Chicken Quesadilla had roasted exotic vegetables and cheese compressed and served with sauce.

For the Mains, I tried out the Flat Bread in two variants - 3 smoked pepper and shredded Tandoori Chicken. I then had the Five Treasure Hunan with button mushroom fried rice. The last dish was the seafood Marinara Ravioli.

They also had a new dessert - Tres Leches that was created with a Mexican pastry and the liquid milk.
