A beautiful ambience makes dining even more satisfactory and one such place in Banjara Hills is 'Parampara-flavours of India ‘.
This pleasant casual dine-in vegetarian restaurant is in the same building of barbecue nations and is a must-visit with family and friends. The ambience of this place is calm, comfortable and has soothing instrumental music playing in the background. This place can accommodate up to 50-55 pax at once. The staff here are friendly and very interactive.
I’ve been to this place for lunch with a few of my foodie friends by invite.
Sweet corn soup: The sweet corn soup was thick, rich in flavours, served hot, perfectly made and excellent in taste.
Paneer 65: This is a slightly sweet and spicy Indian appetiser which is a must-try at this place. The paneer was soft and flavourful.
Malai paneer tikka: Malai paneer tikka starter is the next dish we had, the paneer was tender, soft and juicy. It was perfectly made and left us speechless with its mind-blowing taste.
Paneer Shahi masala & Veg Kolhapuri with Indian bread: Paneer Shahi Masala dish of paneer where paneer cubes are simmered in an onion-tomato based sweet and spicy gravy. It can be paired with Indian bread.
Veg Kolhapuri had perfect variations of spices to make this super delicious dish, which lends it a beautiful aroma along with flavour.
South Indian thali: This was one of the best South Indian thali I’ve had in recent times. Especially the sambar and rasam in the thali had fantastic flavours and goes well with steam rice.
Desserts (must try )
Gulab jamun
Ras malai
