Ram ki Bandi, one of the most popular Hyderabadi late-night joints has recently opened up in Madhapur, I started off with the mozzarella dosa. This has loads of mozzarella cheese topped with onions and coriander. It leaves you with the same taste as a pizza.
The next one was Sichuan dosa. Who would’ve imagined a combination of Chinese on a dosa? I was pleasantly surprised as this literally leaves you with the same feeling as that of having Sichuan flavoured food. The sauce is made in house and hits just the right notes.
The pizza dosa is as close to the original as it gets. They are the pioneers of this Dosa in the city. The feeling you have after having a bite is nothing short of having a pizza with some additional crisp.
Let’s move over to the Idlis now. The special pizza idly is created by putting Pizza sauce in the at least topping them with onions and coriander and then putting a large amount of cheese on top. The final touch is that of the grated paneer and a lot of podi powder.
