It has happened again! RGIA Hyderabad has won one of the most celebrated awards — Airports Council International (ACI) Airport Service Quality (ASQ) Departures Awards. This award is usually the criterion for travellers' satisfaction when they travel through a certain airport. In the past, RGIA was ranked among the top 10 airports in the world by AirHelp. According to AirHelp's survey, RGIA was given a score of 8.27 out of 10, taking a number of factors into consideration like 'On-Time Performance', 'Service Quality', and 'Food and Shops' and stands in the eighth position.
And FYI, RGIA was honored for being the first airport in the Asia Pacific in its category for being carbon neutral in 2017 and was also the first airport in India to be awarded by Airports Council International (ACI).
