Chubby Cho: Sriracha a type of hot sauce or chilli sauce made from a paste of chilli peppers, distilled vinegar, garlic, sugar, and salt. It's Said that the sauce was first produced by a Thai woman named Thanom Chakkapak in the town of Si Racha / Sriracha. Its frequently used as a dipping sauce, particularly for seafood or Poultry food.
During the Launch of Chubby Cho's new menu, I tried this Appetizer called Sriracha Chicken. Tender and slight crisp tossed in seasoning, Garlic, Spring Onion greens and Of course the Sriracha sauce. As its A Hot Sauce, It was Spicy and delicious. I'm a Spicy food lover and this was decent for me, Expected for Chilli xD. For people who prefer less chilli, its perfect for them. Yet it tasted amazing and outstanding. I heard Chubby Cho is opening very soon, Can't wait to visit and enjoy the Asian cuisine.
