Located near Chaitanya College, this book store somewhat resembles a dungeon with stairs and different levels. Clearly a no-nonsense store, you will easily spend 20 minutes gazing at all the shelves. With a diverse range of books, from Indian novels to international bestsellers and biographies. They have aisles categorised genre-wise, so if you're going there with a book in mind, you can straightaway head to that section of the store.
As for indecisive people like us, we spotted books like Pulitzer Prize-winning She Said, Shadow City by Taran N Khan (a gripping story about a women's life in Kabul), your usual book by Amish, a lot of political novels and biographies, and of course, Ruskin Bond's books. Apart from these worthy books, they also house books on management, economics, and other educational topics (no, not college books).
If you thought their collection couldn't get any better, they also have collectors sets of Indian comics like Tinkle, Supandi, Amar Chitra Katha, etc. The books are sold on MRP but they have seasonal offers, so check for that while you're there. You can also grab a chair and sit down for a quick read, but don't treat it like a library.
