In the Frame: Medovik from Feranoz Patisserie & Cafe. Turned out to be one of my favourite desserts recently. It's a Slavic layer cake popular countries of the former Soviet Union. Key ingredients are Honey and Condensed Milk.
Russian Honey Biscuit, infused with honey syrup, layered with honey creme, dusted with crumbly biscuit and finished with caramel pearls. A dessert which is known for its lengthy preparation time. Consists of layers of sponge cake with a cream filling and is often covered with Nuts or Crumbs of cake. Sweet, a bit creamy and soft. Brilliant and Fantastic Dessert!Highly Recommended
