This story is set during the turbulent times of 1947. That year spared no one. Be it the poor or the powerful. A nation was caught in midst of hatred, bloodshed, disbelief and heart break. Not even inmates of a mental asylum were spared of a political vendetta. This is their story. The inmates were to be sent to respective mental asylums in the newly divided nation's based on their religion. What effect did this have on them? What they really went through? Were they just taken away from their lands where they were born and grew up or was their soul snatched away from them in a flash. Even today, we can't imagine that pain and suffering. Let's try and live those moments through this act
