If you've never been to Wonderla, here's what you should expect: About 40 land and water rides, giant twisty water slides and the roller coaster, which is only for the brave-hearted. We enjoy the Tornado a little too much, which is a 300 feet long open body slide with a drop from 40 feet high with twists and turns that eventually lands in water. Another one of our favourites is called Free Fall, and as the name suggests, it drops you straight down from 40 feet high, reaching high speeds of 50 km per hour. Yup, it's intense. On a lighter note, the land rides here are not as daunting but are great fun. After tiring yourself with joy, you can check out the Food Express for heavy meals, Island Cafe for quick bites and Adventure Cafe if you're feeling snacky.

OG Hyderabadi millennials will remember Mount Opera was one of the first amusement parks to wow everyone. It's managed by the tourism departments and has easy breezy rides like go-karting, bumper cars, boating, bungee jumping and more. Perfect for children, they also have water slides and big pools apart from the rain dance. They also have a range of options for Indoor games like billiards, table tennis, carrom, cards, and chess.

The craze for Hyderabad's first snow-themed park, Snow World, is still going strong. It's the perfect respite from the crazy summer heat as you get to throw snowballs at each other, make snowmen and snow angels, chill inside an igloo and enjoy snow slides.
