Gudgudee is a Pure Vegetarian Restaurant with classy ambience and low seating tables, it is situated near the busy streets of Madhapur. As the tagline of the restaurant says "tickle the tastebuds" this restaurant did manage to strike the right chords with my tastebuds.
Coming to the food I had for the day:
Soups:
Vietnamese Noodle Soup: Tasty, love the thin noodles #musttry
Thai Coconut Cream Soup: One of the best I've had, creamy texture, lovely taste #highlyrecommended
Spicy Tom Tom Soup: Tangy tone, good taste.
Starters:
Crispy Lotus Stem Chips: Crispy and good balance in the taste #musttry
Burmese Parcel Roll: a Lil different from the traditional dish, but loved the taste #musttry
Palak Chole Kebab: Very tasty, love the flavour #recommended
Veg Gilafe Kebab: Decent Taste, Nothing special about it.
Crackling Spinach: Sweet Tone in the taste and felt oily.
Paneer Popcorn: Crispy and tasty, love the batter that has got some parmesan cheese in it #musttry #recommendation
Main Course :
Potli Biryani: Love the presentation, rich in spices and love the Flavour #musttry #recommendation
Mushroom Mutter Masala: Quite decent in taste and goes well with the Kashmiri Naan which had a very interesting taste with a sweet tone to it.
Paneer Sagwala: Love the taste of this curry, goes well with Warique Paratha, that was also made pretty well #musttry
Braised Tofu with Clay Pot: Never been a fan of Tofu and the gravy's taste wasn't great either.
Veg Soft Noodles: Another place that serves thin Noodles which tasted pretty good. #musttry #recommendation.
Desserts:
Fried Ice cream: Love the batter and the taste, a pretty good pick.
Sizzling Brownie with Vanilla Ice cream: Good in taste but could've been better.
For a hardcore Non-Vegetarian, this restaurant did impress me with the kind of food they serve, would love to visit again and want to explore their Thai food as the soup was of the best I've had.
