Hyderabad is no stranger to swanky hotels. Heading to our city or planning yo'self a staycation? Here is a list of best hotels to stay in Hyderabad. We've covered both ends of the spectrum — luxury to budget.

Avasa

Why wouldn't you love a big spread of delicious breakfast buffet, a swim in the pool, or moments of solitude at a spa in the centre of the city? Girdled amidst some of the best restaurants and entertainment spots in Hitech City, everything is literally a hop, skip, and jump away from Avasa. But you would barely want to step out because of the artsy rooms. Vibrant paintings are hung on the walls, and every inch is Instagram-worthy.

Mercure Hyderabad KCP

Millennials, we know you cannot settle for a plain Jane room when it comes to staycations. Offering rooms that are themed after Charlie Chaplin, Nature, and Nizam's Darbar, Mercure has your back. This swanky hotel doesn't just stop with quirky and well-designed rooms, it scores high on luxury too. The rooms come with a rain shower (say what?), working desk, iPhone docking station.

Ellaa Hotels

Offering three types of rooms — Ellaa Hotels has Ellaa suites, executives suites, and superior rooms. Each of these is designed with a modern (and urban) home touch. The executive's suites and the superior rooms are done impeccably with wooden furnishing and the decor is in earthy colours and matches the furnishing. While booking the rooms, you can opt for a breakfast buffet which is priced at INR 500 extra (depending on the site you book) per room and you can enjoy several varieties of bread, detox drinks, North Indian & South Indian delicacies along with Continental breakfast.

Hotel B Plus L

Tucked away inside Jubilee Enclave in Hitech City, Hotel B Plus L is a well-designed hotel that caters to both millennials and business travelers alike. They offer four types of rooms — Deluxe (quaint and cosy), Premium (comes with an oriel window and balcony), Studio Room (comes with a kitchenette, park views, and a private dining space), Executive Room (more like a 1 or 2BHK). The hotel offers tour packages as well.

Lemon Tree Hotel

Located quite close to Indian School of Business, Microsoft, Q-City, Amazon, and several other tech giants, Lemon Tree Hotel's branch is Gachibowli is one of the most coveted ones. The rooms are quite simple and well-designed but the breakfast buffet is easily one of the best in Hyderabad. If anything, this is what takes us back to Lemon Tree, time and again.

Hotel Mint OTM

Hotel Mint OTM in Gachibowli looks like it's made for millennials. Yup, it's that quirky. Plan a staycation and say hello to Instagram-worthy interiors. If you're an OTM fanatic, we know you're taking an eclectic backflip. Talking about the sweet (errmm..suite) details, all the rooms are bold and beautiful. By which, we mean, OTM has not compromised on decor accents like wall art, lampshades (shaped like a shoe), and colours. For those of you who can never get enough photographs in hotel rooms, you've hit a jackpot!

The Manohar

The Manohar is probably one of the oldest star hotels in Hyderabad and growing up, we've dined here with our parents. So, there's a certain nostalgia there, but over the years, the service is still going strong. They've got five types of rooms — standard, club rooms, and suites like Asian, contemporary, glass. All the rooms are well equipped and comfortable enough to work out of them.

The Westin Hyderabad Mindspace

A mix of culture and business, Hyderabad is where you should plan your next vacation to. And for both of those purposes, you should plan your accommodation at this elegant hotel. Westin Mindspace stands tall in Hitech City with facilities that will give you all the right reasons to splurge. Take a pick from presidential suits, luxury suits, deluxe suits, and executive suits and sit down for a meal at any of their in-house restaurants.
