What Makes It Awesome?

One sip and you are bound to get hooked onto it. Never before you would have tasted a coffee concoction so sensual. Such is the aura of the coffee offerings at the Roastery Coffee house. A place which is truly a rich fusion of all that is coffee! This café is the result of couple Nishant and Neha’s love for coffee and books. Nishant comes with years of experience in coffee brewing. The Roastery sources single estate coffee beans from Mandelkhan Estate, Karnataka.

Although having visited the Roastery earlier since the time of its inception in Hyderabad, we visited this place once more for some new menu items being introduced to the artisanal coffee menu.

Starting with some of their classic coffee creations, we got Guava coffee, Brownie blend, Orange blend & Coconut cold brew and these couldn't get any better.

Moving onto the new additions to the menu, we started with Pulled Mutton burger which had the softest, juiciest, melt in your mouth “pulled lamb” served with soft patties along with regular fries and chipotle mayo; this was nicely done with the right amount of spices well-balanced flavours giving us the right start to the evening. Next up was Cheesy pockets which were crumb-fried mozzarella cheese served with beans, veggies & mayo dip and these tasted delicious as the flavour of the cheese was right on point with no compromise done on the quality; a must recommended appetizer from the list.

Following it was Fried Egg and Mushroom Keema served chicken sausage; this was an eye-pleasing dish made for all breakfast lovers having a sunny-side-up egg with Mutton keema pieces and sprinkled with mozzarella cheese. This tasted delicious as it had all the components of the dish nicely done, another recommended dish. Next up was Burrata Cheese with Roasted cheery and Garlic, this had the new burrata cheese with the outer shell is solid mozzarella, while the inside had stracciatella and cream, giving it an unusual, soft texture which complimented well with the cherries and garlic along with the bread, do try this dish if you are a cheese lover and get ready to blow off your minds with this creation.

Among the new addition, pizzas were next up. Among them, we got Peri-peri chicken pizza and margarita pizza, clearly the peri pizza won our hearts as the spice level on the chicken chunks was apt with the right amount of cheese making the right balance in terms of flavours, even margarita pizza was great with a thin crust.

From the sweet savouries, a new inclusion is Strawberry choco cream which had whipped cream wit cut strawberry chunks with chocolate sauce wrapped around making it a delicious affair, surely try out this dessert.

Moving onto the desserts, we started with Banana Walnut bread which the walnut bread nicely baked served with cut banana pieces topped with hot chocolate sauce and tasted quite delicious and inviting in terms of presentation; another dessert recommended from this place. Next up was Banana Crisper with hot chocolate - this had the banana pieces crumb-fried served with vanilla ice cream and hot chocolate, the crispers were nicely fried & had a great finesse adding onto which the hot chocolate just enhanced the taste of the fritters along with a spoonful of ice cream; couldn't ask for a better ending than this.

Overall, a well-thought inclusion done to the menu of the Roastery Coffee which is quite a popular cafe in Hyderabad & people will surely fall for the burrata cheese and other sweet savouries.
