The Hyderabad branch of India's largest non-governmental animal welfare organization PFA works diligently to rehabilitate sick and needy animals through its shelters, ambulance services, birth control programs, medical treatment camps and catastrophe rescue operations for animals. Join them for a delightful day at their rescue centre pouring love all around and getting free furry cuddles and hugs in return!

With hospitals, shelters, ambulance services, and an active humane education program, Blue Cross Society is one of India's most active animal protection organizations. For the last 58 years, the organization has been dedicating its services to the voiceless while also being the torchbearer in many of its practices. Volunteering a day here in the company of these little embodiments of unconditional love will give you two memories that will last a lifetime!

Deven's Hope is an animal rescue and rehabilitation facility run by Deven Baheti, an aeronautical engineer turned animal rescuer. Deven has rescued and transformed the lives of over 300 cats and dogs in the last four years and often posts information about his adoption campaigns on Instagram. You can also make monetary or food donation to this recognized NGO to share some joy this season. The place often sees children visiting the shelter to interact with the cute animals of the shelter, so join them for an afternoon full of laughter and happy squeals!

The GHMC Animal Shelter is a government facility with several locations across the city. They are always in need of help and can greatly enhance their facilities with monetary donations. They also have a veterinarian on call 24 hours a day, seven days a week for animals in medical crisis. Make a visit to their facility and we promise you’ll leave with smiles and more love in your heart for these sweet furry animals!

The HSPCA has a 3A slogan, which stands for Awareness, Adoption, and ABC (Animal Birth Control). Their volunteer team has banded together to avoid cruelty to animals, mostly stray dogs, and their purpose is to raise awareness for peaceful coexistence. dispel religious myths that encourage animal abuse, and address a variety of other concerns. Volunteering with them would mean a day full of woofs and constantly wagging tails which we can’t get enough of!
