Capital Multicuisine Restaurant is one of the most popular restaurants in the Malakpet region. They boast of a typical Hyderabadi Feast and the food is so good that you will keep coming back to this place. I was invited here for a food tasting table. The Marag gravy had flavours of cardamom, cinnamon, cloves and black pepper powder and was quite rich. The mutton was quite tender and wholesome. We next tested the elaborate Chinese platter. This consisted of Chicken Manchurian, Apollo Fish, Loose Prawns and Sichuan Chicken. Although they are popular for their Hyderabadi cuisine they nailed the Chinese platter quite well. Dum ka Gosht is a spicy Hyderabadi mutton curry wrapped in a blend of herbs and aromatic spices. The fried onions just add to the texture of this dish. One of my favourite dishes in Hyderabad the Yemeni dish of rice and meat is primarily prepared in an underground pit. The Mix Mandi was had chicken 65, fish and really tender mutton pieces. The mutton was so tender that it almost fell off the bone and hardly needed any chewing.
