As soon as we entered, we were welcomed by a BMW greeter who introduced herself and made us feel comfortable by getting us in touch with a BMW outlet expert (aka our very own guide). The first thing that will catch your eye is the BMW lifestyle section! We’re all used to seeing the swanky BMW car inside the showroom, but definitely not a lifestyle division, eh? Moving ahead, in a first of a kind collaboration, BMW India X Blue Tokai Coffee has joined hands together. Your attention will naturally divert towards the magnanimous BMW M2 Competition displayed, which can get any automotive fanatic’s heart racing. And as you can see, Hasini surely couldn’t get her hands off the car. However, what really excited us was their gaming zone! Yeah, you heard that right. BMW’s Urban Retail Store has a gaming zone, where you can entertain yourself with robotic sphere balls (check the video!). If this wasn't exciting enough, you can virtually experience the automobiles of BMW thanks to their Virtual Reality Zone.
However during our tour, we noticed that every touch-sensitive surface in the outlet including the Blue Tokai Cafe, is deep cleaned on an hourly basis. They also check for the daily temperature of their employees to ensure that the premises remain a safe zone. The place is fumigated every 10-15 days and regular cleaning drives with disinfectants are being done twice a day. Also, there is an appointment based entry at the showroom The entire experience of the BMW Urban Retail Store was quite fulfilling and unique.
