Featuring here is Chicken Sui Mai Croissant. Stuffing of small pieces of Chicken with scallions, Coriander, good flavours and Perfect Seasoning. Well, I've had Croissants in Baked version, but never in steamed. First, it's Steamed and slightly Pan-fried to get the crunchy base. It was soft and delicious, a fluffy layer of croissant, the best part was the filling, excellent taste. Served with in-house made Sichuan Dip. Best croissant I had in steamed and pan-fried Style.
