In the Frame: Vietnamese Noodle Soup from Aura Cafe: A Refreshing light broth, flavoured with aromatic Asian herbs, fresh veggies like carrot, cabbage and beans. Topped with crispy Rice noodles which were very thin (under the broth) boiled Perfectly. The soup was refreshing but no seasoning at all. The chicken was boiled and shredded. Excellent presentation, But the broth kinda disappointed me.
