It was a long wait to visit my favourite restaurant in Hyderabad. Before I start we have to talk a bit on the cuisine. Out of major 3 Telugu cusines, we are taking on Rayalaseema cuisine today and itâs been showcased in Rayalaseema Ruchulu Restaurant in Hyderabad. Rayalaseema cuisine is famous for being spicy because of the liberal use of chilli in almost all the dishes. Itâs said that a 3 tier use of chilli is ensure to make sure that it never misses your taste buds! Grinded chilli paste to masalas, green chilli as whole and chilli powder to close it off. It will make sure that the chilli doesnât miss it and you better be ready with a hanky!
Started off with Kodi Pakoda and other favourite appetisers like Kodi Kheema Undalu(dumplings) & Nethili Pakodi. The non veg spread was rich experience with my favourites Royyala roast(prawns), Rohu fish fry and best recommended by Supriya itself the Goat Liver & Tili Fry. The restaurant has liven up to the marks on serving once again an exceptional regional flavours that fills the heart & mind of any Telugu resident and someone like me who enjoys food. The distinctive regional cuisines with the wide pallet of dishes presented will surely enthral anyone who steps in.
