What Makes It Awesome?

Dum Ke Roat, a traditional Hyderabadi cookie which is made during Muharram, the first month of Islamic Calendar which was often used as an offering to Bibi-Ka-Alam or Alam-e-Mubarak over the Muharram season in the past. While its available across the city my personal favourite is Subhan and I still make it a point of visiting it every year for its signature DumKaRoat besides my beloved Osmania biscuit. Its fudgy, crisp and rich sense of taste is acquired from the basic and primary ingredients like all-purpose flour, semolina, ghee, nuts & raisins.

Priced at 600 per kilo, it’s worth every bite. Available for the next 4/5 months.

PS - full screen and earphone recommended.
