History enthusiasts, here's something exciting. India Heritage Walks is hosting a guided walking tour — Tales Of A Flying Sufi Of Hyderabad's' First Lancer. Often regarded as the best-kept secret of Hyderabad, you'll discover the rich military heritage of this area. This will be led by Haseeb Jafferi, a walking tour pro, and you'll explore iconic eidgahs and check out Dargah of Ahmed Baad e Paa (R.H), which is also known as The Flying Sufi saint. Plus, you'll visit Nasheeman Hotel — a 50-year-old Irani chai cafe that houses old photographs of Hyderabad. So, go ahead and register before all the slots (25 limited seats) are full.

First Lancer is a base area of Banjara Hills and it's easily a less discovered neighbourhood in Hyderabad.

Finding a parking space is tricky so, it's recommended to use public transport. Since the walk takes you through religious areas, do dress accordingly and wear comfy shoes. Women, please carry scarves, and men, carry handkerchieves or a cap. You can also carry snacks and water bottles but please don't litter the areas during the walk.
