One of the hidden gems in the city, I have come across this beautiful little place called "Hyde Kitchen" situation beside My Home Vihanga, near Q city road. As the name says "Hyde", you can't spot this place from the main road.
This place has a beautiful ambience, creative interiors and gives a pretty refreshing vibe. Love the theme of the place, they have chosen pleasant colours like White and Royal Blue with some cool decors that complement the place.
Coming to the food I had for the day:
Hot and Sour Chicken Soup: Tasty, a Lil tangy and spicy makes it a perfect blend and the texture is pretty thick and rich. Must-Try.
Lemon and Coriander Soup: Strong flavours of lemon and Corriander with a thick texture, tasted quite good. Must-Try.
Malai Murgh Kebab: The best one amongst the chicken starters, lovely flavour and loved it. Highly Recommended.
Lasooni Murgh Kebab: Another Starter with a rich flavour and tasted very good. Recommended.
Hari Musaliki Murgh Kebab: A fine kebab with another set of spices. Must-Try.
Mutton Boti Kebab: loved the flavour, tasted quite good.
Ajwaini Fish Tikka: Made from the Vietnamese Basa Fish, doesn't have a strong flavour but cooked pretty well and goes well with the dip.
Achari Prawns: One of the best prawn starters I've had in the city, I was pretty amazed to find the perfect combo of well-cooked + strong flavour, absolutely fell in love with this dish. Highly Recommended.
Chicken Soft Noodles: One of the few restaurants in the city that serve inhouse thin noodles were cooked very well and has become an instant favourite with the first serve, well balanced flavour, right ingredients and well cooked and fried chicken pieces make this one a favourite. Another thing that amazed me this evening. Highly Recommended.
Chicken Lollipop: A classic dish, munched along with the noodles, tasted pretty decent.
Ended the Meal with some Qubani ka meetha with Vanilla Ice cream which was well balanced and not too sweet.
A very good place that serves quality food and some top dishes. I would love to visit this place again and Do visit this place when you're around and you will not be disappointed in the fact it might even amaze you.
