The quality of rice was Very long, Nicely flavoured, The chicken was Extremely Tender and cooked perfectly, just melted in mouth. Good amount of Masala as well, but it can be a Slight Spicy i felt! The Aroma of ghee was Heaven. It's covered with a Pastry dough and Put on over for 15-20 mins. Served with an Thick Raita, mirchi ka salan and Chips. Loved the Fusion style Biryani, just that if it was Spicy would really loved it. .
