What Makes It Awesome?

Tilak's Kitchen has got a simple yet beautiful ambience. It has got enough number of seatings as well. This is typically an Andhra Cuisine based restaurant, but it also serves north Indian and Chinese dishes. It has got a good number of options in both the vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes, and they each taste delicious. One of the most popular vegetarian dishes is their Veg Andhra Thaali. It is served with a bowl of steamed rice, with different sides to eat the rice with, like Sambhar, Tomato chutney, Rasam, Bhindi, curd, etc. Except for two sides, all the others are served in an unlimited quantity.

This is a good dish to try out if you're here. Other few dishes we would recommend are:

~ Chilli Mushroom: This tastes exceptionally well, and the mushrooms are really well cooked. This is really good considering that this restaurant is not a typical Chinese outlet.
~Shanghai rolls: Yet another scrumptious Chinese dish, served with some Szechuan Chutney. These are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.
~ Malai Paneer Tikka: The paneer is super soft and fresh, with a creamy texture and tastes delicious when had with the coriander chutney.
~Coconut Rice: These are coconut infused rice, and taste really good. You can have them with your choice of curry, chutney or pickle.

The non-vegetarian dishes are just as good, and if you're a Biryani lover, you must try their Special Chicken Biryani.

Overall, it is a good place to have a satiating meal, and the rates are pretty pocket-friendly!
