Red curry, a popular Thai dish consisting of red curry paste which is cooked in coconut Milk with Meat added like Chicken, Beef, Shrimp or sometimes Duck! You also get In Vegetarian as well.
I had this at Amnesia sky bar last weekend and it was simply Mind Blowing. Frankly speaking, this tasted scrumptious. The chicken was very tender, the gravy was creamy and sweet, a lot of assorted vegetables added. Served with Sticky Jasmine Rice which was again made very well. When I had this, for a while I thought I am having this in proper / Authentic Asian Cuisine Restaurant. I'm sure they have hired an Asian Chef to cook this brilliant Dish. I may come back for this again surely. This was Absolute yummy.
