Its speciality dish, Jouzi Halwa (a dish made out of milk, saffron, ghee, nutmeg, sugar, dry fruits, and some secret spices from Afghanistan) was a favourite of the seventh Nizam of Hyderabad and continues to be the one-stop shop for Hyderabadi desserts like Ande ka Louz, Badam ki Jaali and many more dishes.
