Sholay — The BBQ Bike in Gachibowli is slaying in the city, and if you haven't visited this amazing barbecue spot yet, make plans to do it now. The barbecue grill is placed on the back of a Royal Enfield, and I found it super cool. But that's not where all the good stuff ends as the food is even better. The menu is a little limited at the moment but it's understandable as it's quite new. But I've been told that they’re going add 28 more dishes, which I'm totally excited to try. I've tried the Chicken Seekh Kebab here and can vouch they are the best in town. Tender chicken meets smokey flavour, and it's served with two types of chutney and marinated onions. Squeeze some lime and walk into kebab frenzy. Plus, it costs only INR 120.
