Absolute Barbecues has a variety of options to choose from. We almost tried out more than 30 dishes there. They offer a good variety of main course and desserts too. The Brazilian Casquinha stood out the most, it was basically a crab curry. Along with the Brazilian menu, they offer the regular BBQs as well. They also offer a variety of exotic meats like emu, octopus, shark, rabbit etc.
