What Makes It Awesome

Ohri's is a really big brand which started its legacy in the year 1976. And from then, they never disappointed anyone with their food, service and the maintenance of their hotels. Ohri's is famous for their fine dining but recently they have started serving street food & chaat dishes at Ohri's Chowpatti.

This place is located in the same complex of Ohri's far east, Eatmor. This is actually easy to find out the place even in heavy traffic. This place actually serves a lot of chaat items, lassi, soda's etc.

I started with their mango lassi, rose milk and badam milk. For me, those three are top notch. I can say these three drinks from their menu stands in the first place. Especially in this summer season, one must relish these amazing drinks. Also, these drinks are available at moderate prices ranging between INR 80 and INR 100.

Ohri's is re-defining the name of golgappas. They serve it with 3 types of water in khatta, tamarind and tomato flavour. I prefer to have panipuris with tamarind water but the choice of water that Ohri gives at just INR 70 is amazing.

Their palak patte ki chaat is an item which was originated in North India. It is basically spinach leaf coated with besan {chickpea flour} and fried. The fried leaves are prepared by adding curd and some spices to get the perfect taste. This dish tastes wonderful. It is crispy but melts quickly in your mouth. Even the spicy papdi chaat was amazing.

Did you ever think of having mini dosas shaped like tacos? Ohri's now serve taco-sized dosas with potato curry filling. The dish was well-plated and delicious. Post our meal, we called for Hyderabadi's favourite beverage, cutting chai. The tea served here was perfect. It was served hot in a small glass.

The manager, Manas and the chef, Chand Pasha, took really good care of us. They made sure that every item came in time with a nice presentation.
