Hyderabad has always been an epitome of brimming talent, especially when it comes to fashion designers. Touted by the biggest international magazines to crafting celebrity couture, our designers have made a mark globally. Here’s a list of the ones Hyderabad takes immense pride in.

Shilpa Reddy

Having launched her label in 2010, Shilpa Reddy is a name the world is familiar with. Known for her empowering designs and intricate work that is culturally rooted, her work has been featured in New York and Paris too. Check out this handcrafted ethnic look and this beautiful ivory ensemble that we so love! You can walk in to her flagship store in Jubilee Hills and find more of her work that will leave you in awe. Suhani Pittie

Multiple award winning designer – Suhani Pittie has changed the way people look at jewellery. Having established her own training institute at the age of 20, and having recently won Woman Entrepreneur Of The Year 2017 by Retail Guild, this talented designer is doing exceptionally well. She also has feathers like Vogue Italia and Grazia in her hat, and her store in the city has been listed as a ‘must visit’ destination in Hyderabad by Lonely Planet. Her work is innovative, dynamic and quite like none other. Look at this piece from her Sea Collection, for instance; or this one from her Tribe Project. Sonali Pamnani

Sonali Pamnani’s — The Meraki Project was launched in 2014 with an aim to create clothes that have a story behind them. Clothes too, when designed right can make you feel like a part of a bigger cause, and The Meraki Project has nailed this art. Their designs are eclectic, fun and contemporary twists added to Indian handwoven textiles. Take a look at this Ikat dress or this Quilted Polka Dress and shop away! With utmost attention to deatil, the brand produces designs that are inspired from classical indian art form yet urban and futuristic.
