Hyderabadi Tawa Machhi from Fat Pegion: When it comes to fish, I always prefer it to be spicy & tangy. Throwback during the launch of fat pigeon's new menu, this boneless Tawa Fish was outstanding. Very soft, had good spices and turmeric flavour. Strong flavour of black pepper, ginger and garlic. Seasoning was on point, as basa fish is already salty. A little crunchy on the outer layer as it had a coating of cornflour. Squeeze at bit of lime for more tangy and acidic taste. Served with awesome mint chutney and onions. This was a really good fish appetizer
