This Ramadan Season, Order Yourself An Iftar Box From This Hyderabadi Startup
Love your Iftar goodies but don’t have the time to step out? Get them delivered from Iftar Move, a Hyderabadi tech startup, that packs delicious snacks and goodies.
What Makes It Awesome,
With the arrival of the much-awaited Ramadan month, we’re eager to try out all the delicacies like haleem, phirni, rolls and several sweetmeats. While stepping out of the house all the time isn’t a solution, we found you just the thing to satiate all your haleem cravings. Iftar Move – a food delivery startup – delivers home an Iftar Box and functions only during the Ramadan month. The custom of fasting and breaking the fast after Iftar prayers is common during this month, and to ensure healthy (and delicious) meals reach you by the time you break your fast, Iftar Move conceptualised this idea. What started with a team of four with Umair Abdullah, Sharjeel, Ahmed Kareem, and Adil in 2016 is a 30-member team now.
With this Iftar Box, you can dig into Pista House’s haleem, rolls, dates, samosa, brownie along with some fresh fruit and juice. If you’re looking for a more sweet affair, you can always add-on their crumbly Irani biscuits (a pack of 4 is priced at INR 30), Roat (biscuits made out of semolina, honey, clarified butter, salt, dry fruits, cardamom and milk products priced at INR 20).
Priced at INR 250, you can order this box through their mobile app or WhatsApp, Facebook, Zomato, and Swiggy. If you don’t want to get into the hassles of ordering via apps, you can simply give them a call. Usually swamped with customers and foodies alike, they close by 4 pm for orders to ensure everyone gets their piece of good pie on time.
We’re ordering ourselves a box, today. What about you?
