What Makes It Awesome?

Click, Eat, Xplore Yo Experience with Vogelkop – Bird Of Paradise!

An Italian cuisine restaurant & café that I have been observing since it started its interior. Though it has opened its door for the public from July’19 I gave it time (that's how I mostly do) to settle the initial teething and finally paid a visiting couple of weeks back.

The ambience is pretty much simple, minimalistic, with brick bonding walls having both indoor & outdoor spaces accommodating 40 pax altogether. The price factor is around 800 – 1200 INR. Ordered a starter, Main course & Dessert a complete meal to have a perfect experience.

Started with NonVeg Platter that comes with Sicilian Chicken (Satay), Scallion Chicken (Grilled), Smoked BBQ fish, Milano Prawns (Grilled) served with in house dips. Decent portion size for the pricing and tasted very good. I would recommend this. Followed by Seared Sesame Tofu in Noodles which more or less tasted like Aglio-E-Olio. Pleasant and filling. When Cheesecake on the menu couldn’t say no, so ended the meal with it. Simple cheesecake with a layer of mango topped with berry coulis and garnished with cherries, pineapple, and lychee. It turned out to be complicated with 6 different tastes lingering on the palate losing the actual essence of cheesecake. So recommended them to cut on one topping and reduce/No garnishings. Otherwise, the cheese density, texture and sweetness were well balanced.

By the end of the meal, I feel good and no disappointments. So I consider it to be a recommended place. Also, I see good potential with walkers park which is expected to come soon opposite to it. So all they have to do is to be consistent and suggested them to introduce early breakfast menu/combos with healthy drinks as a trail.

Total Bill – 800INR. Besides they have a continental Lunch (12-3:30) and Dinner(7-11) Buffet priced at 600INR for Veg and 700INR for Non-Veg with a good spread. Not sure if I can say but this place mostly resembled like Palato for me.
