    Infused with pungent mustard oil, Jhal Muri (a popular street food in Kolkata) can tickle your taste buds with its flavour. It is easy-to-make recipe which can be prepared in a jiffy. In 10 minutes, to be precise. Toh banao, khao aur maze karo!

    What You Need:

    - Puffed rice (Muri): 2 cups

    - Chopped cucumber: 1/2

    - Finely chopped onion: 2 tbsp

    - Chopped tomato (small): 1

    - Chopped coriander: 2 tbsp

    - Crushed ginger: 2 tsp

    - Chopped green chilli (small): 2

    - Sprouts: 2 tbsp (optional)

    - Boiled potato: 1/2

    - Peanuts: 2 tbsp

    - Lemon juice: 2 tsp

    - Mustard oil: 3 tsp

    - Salt: 3 tsp

    - Amchoor: 1 tsp

    - Red chili powder: 1 tsp

    Steps:

    1) Take puffed rice. Add mustard oil to it and mix it well. Add peanuts.

    2) Then, add chopped onion, tomato, coriander, green chilli, cucumber, crushed ginger, sprouts and the potato (cut it into fine pieces). Give it a nice mix.

    3) Add salt and red chilli powder as per your taste.

    4) Serve it in a bowl or a paper cone. Garnish it with amchoor and lemon juice.
