Imposing a nationwide lockdown to protect people from the Covid-19 pandemic has helped the wild animals at Amrabad Tiger Reserve, Kawal Wild Life Sanctuary and Tiger Reserve and other sanctuaries. Thanks to no traffic. Hence, Forest Range Officers (FROs) have been advised to document the road crossings of wild animals with photos and time so that a detailed study can be conducted on the animal behaviour during the lockdown. On the other hand, the State has also initiated the afforestation programme called Telangana Ku Haritha Haram.
