There are many kinds of kabsa and each kind has a uniqueness about it. The meat Portions are slowly cooked and marinated for longer with the fat as it gives you rich and brilliant taste.

Featuring here Is Khabsa from Rocket Fuel Café, Last year when we visited during the opening, this was served to us. Not as very close to authentic one, they tried their best and somehow it was good, But more flavours were required. The mutton was soft and tender, Rice was nicely seasoned. Served with Garlic dip and tomato sauce with freshly cut cucumber and lettuce. Although it could've been better but worth trying out. Not sure if they're still serving or not.
