The Rice grains were long and Fluffy, Well flavoured. The Mutton was a big surprise, as the pieces were big, soft and Succulent. What a Really Delicious this biryani was. Not much of Fat in the meat, It was marinated for longer with the right amount of spices. The masala was medium and perfect as well. Mirchi ka Saalan and Raitha were amazing too, you really need to try out.
