Chubby Cho has recently revamped its entire menu to bring in new Pan Asian delicacies as a part of their New Menu. The Dragon Roll had tempura-fried shrimp rolled in seaweed and topped with eel and avocado. The orange-infused chicken was stir-fried in a sweet and spicy sauce. The Spicy Chicken Siu Bao had minced chicken packed with Asian flavours. The Chicken and Chilli Oil Dimsums had minced chicken mixed with chilli oil. The Devil’s chicken was tossed in hot sriracha sauce, bird’s eyes chillies and seasoned to perfection. The Noodles come with your choice of Chilly Garlic, Chilly Basil, Hakka or Sichuan sauce. The Curried Udon Ramen Bowl was an Asian style Noodle Bowl. The Sweet and Sour Chicken was quite good and went well with the Cilantro Rice. Tempura fried banana was topped with chocolate and honey served with vanilla icecream. The other dessert that I tried was the homemade coconut and jaggery ice cream. Water chestnut rubies had pink water chestnuts covered with tapioca flavour, served with sweet coconut milk and rambutan.
