Matar Kulcha: one of the popular street food of north India specially in Delhi and Amritsar. You might see many street vendors selling Matar kulcha in roads or even outside schools and colleges. in the dish, Matar (Peas) are Dried white peas. The same peas are used in ragada, Ragada chat or Masala Chat. Kulcha is a leavened flatbread made without yeast.
A few months back I had this at Chaat company and fell in love with it. Not my kind of Breakfast or snack item, I like it sometimes. Here the peas were soft and cooked very well, Seasoning on point. It was creamy and the texture was just amazing. But I love kulchas along with Chole, I can have this anytime, Anyday. Yet, this was good at the chaat company.
