Akshay is an internationally trained chef whose dishes have been enjoyed by foreign diplomats and politicians; in fact, the entire menu at Quikish is curated by him. Free from any preservatives and additives, Quikish's meals are freshly-whipped, and made from natural ingredients. The dishes are cooked every day, and they're not frozen, but super-chilled.
Offering both vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes, Quikish is probably the only Indian brand to offer single-pouch vegetarian dishes. They offer around six types of vegetarian dishes that include Paneer Tikka, Dum Aloo Kashmiri, Paneer Makhanwala, etc. Love chicken wings? Order in Thai Xtra Hot Wings or Desi Wings. Quikish also tosses its own sauces and marinades, so you know you're in for food that's as good as home-cooked meals. Of course, there's more but you've got to get a slice of their Fish Tikka, Hot Chicken Wings, Butter Chicken, and Paneer Butter Masala, which are apparently their best-selling dishes too. Here's how this works out — After you place an order, the dishes are packed in vacuum-sealed single pouches. When the dishes reach you, all you've got to do is, saute the dish for five minutes, and then cook for 20 minutes. It's that easy! But do note that all the dishes are meant for immediate consumption and have a shelf-life of three days only.
