What Makes It Awesome?

If you are craving for some Pan Asian cuisine, you must head to Republic Of Noodles located in lemon tree premier hotels, Hi-tech City. Talking about the ambience you are welcomed with a long Buddha statue along with with all the noodles, sauces they use at the centre. This place can easily accommodate around 50-60 ppl at a time. The staff here was so courteous and professional too. I was here with my fellow foodies for the gourmet passport event. Let's check out what they have in store.

Food:-

We were welcomed with Jasmine tea which was so refreshing & soothing. Then we had a welcome drink along with that "Korean Watermelon Cube" watermelon cut into cubes and stuffed with nuts to get the crunchy feel to it. You will be getting both sweetness & crunchiness at a time.

Starters:-

For starters, we had "Tofu With Chilli Pepper" which was amazing. Tofu tossed well in chilli pepper sauce to get the spiciness in it. Next, we had "Tempura Crunchy Straw Mushroom" also tasted good. Next, we had was "Pla Neung Manao" it's a fish based starter. Fish is perfectly steamed along with garlic & spices to balance the palates. Presenting was on top notch. Eat it when it is piping hot. Or else you will miss the flavours of it. Next, we had "Tori Katsu" is a chicken based starter which comes from Japanese cuisine. Chicken breast is sliced into the rectangular slab and marinated with spices and panko bread crumbs and deep fried until it's golden brown. It tasted good and subtle in flavours.

For Soups we had "Thai Coriander & vegetable soup with garlic flakes" tasted amazing. "Prawn & Spinach ginger soup flavoured with rice wine" tasted amazing as you will be getting the hardness of ginger here and there. Prawns were also very well cooked. Next, we had "Stir Fried Chicken" where the chicken is marinated well with spices and tossed well with cashew & dried chilli in oyster sauce. "Pad Siew Flat Rice Noodles With Garlic" also tasted amazing.

Next, we had "Srilankan Curry Vegetables" which was rich in coconut milk, Srilankan spices which were a relishing dish to have. Next was "Burmese Chicken Curry With Lime & Potato" which tasted amazing & relishing. Next, we had "Pineapple Fried Rice" where fried rice tossed up with fresh cut pineapples to get the sweetness to the dish. Jasmine rice also tasted good.

For desserts, we had "Water chestnuts & longan in coconut milk" the presentation was on top notch. Down there were chestnuts soaked in rose water & coconut milk topped with longan (kind of berry almost tastes like lychee).

This is my honest opinion of the Republic of Noodles. Do give a try guys for some Pan Asian cuisine.
