If BBQ is your jam and you're done with most of the mainstream ones (which are great too), we recommend hitting up Sahib's Barbeque. Run by Ohri's group, this restaurant welcomes you with a knight in shining armour..we mean, not literally. It's all a part of their regal and stunning decor. You'll be too distracted, we promise, with all those curtain drapes, paintings of the royal kings and queens, chariots, etc. Go Instagram everything and then move on to eating.
Sahib's Barbecue serves up Hyderabadi cuisine but it stands out for its Awadhi cuisine. And the best part? It's a buffet so you can eat all you want. Known for its seekh kebabs and shikampuris, you can get haleem, tawa starters along with barbecue, and biryani, of course. For those of you who cannot think of a buffet without a live counter, allow us to tell you that these folks have a Pathar Ka Grill, shawarma live counter, and chaat counters. Sounds like a plan, right? Plus, their desserts are a happy ending!
