Located in Jubilee Hills, our walk from the entrance was through a small garden that led us to the store. Started by mother-daughter duo Raj Kumari Tucker and Sai Priya Tucker, this lavish store houses a variety of sarees from across the country. Take your amma or akka and go through their Kanjivaram, Banaras, Kalamkari, and Gadwal sarees. Or else, pick an evergreen style for your mother and surprise her. If you're not up for heavy sarees and prefer something light that you can wear often, their Dhaka Muslin collection is easy-breezy. You can match your picks with their range oxidised silver jewellery like jhumkas and chunky necklaces.
Speaking of easy-breezy, they have a decent collection of everyday kurtas in block prints, Kalamkari prints, and solids in asymmetrical designs and flouncy sleeves. If you're more of a contemporary person, their Indo-western designer collection which includes gowns, crop-top and bottom set, embellished jackets, etc will attract you. We noticed a lot of pastel colours, so that's a trendy bet. For a wedding trousseau, of course, they have sarees that look a million bucks along with lehengas that are delicately done. They are a bit pricy, so it has to be a splurge fest.
