What Makes It Awesome
The Skyway Drive-In is a fairly new place in Hyderguda where you can dig into kebabs (served alongside naans, paranthas, or roti), Chinese, and continental cuisines and a whole lot more. Though this place is called a drive-in, you can just hop, skip or jump here without a car. Open and spacious with lofty French windows, you will see lots of sunshine if you go in the day and a bomb city-view if you go in the night. For those who appreciate good humour, we're totally loving the funny Hyderabadi graffiti on the walls. Well, who wouldn't laugh out loud if they saw two hot tea cups having a conversation in Hyderabadi slang - "Bohot garam dikhre", "Hao phir, mazak samjhe kya?"
Let's skip everything now and talk about food. They have many outlets to order from — Shawarma Wraps, China Express, Sizzling Joe, Kebabwala & Co, Eataalio, Thickshake factory, and more. We tried their Ghalouti Kebab and it was melt-in-the-mouth delicious. The kebabs were served with spicy mint chutney and rumali roti. Along with that, we also tried their Cheese & Egg Sandwich which was cooked to perfection. For those who enjoy a quick grub, try Crispy Chili Corn and Pataka Roll. Looking for a place to meet up with your gang? You don't have to go all the way to Banjara Hills or Jubilee Hills. Get here during the night as the view gets prettier. But hey, hunger has no time! Amirite?
