Fabulous and new — Sucre by Niyatee Ravipati in Jubilee Hills should be your haunt for brownies. For those of you who love biting into fudgy brownies, Sucre (which translates to sugar) has brownies like classic chocolate, coffee (legit the best we've had in town), and walnut. Although Niyatee is a self-taught baker, she has undergone professional training and what sets her baked goods apart is — she uses no maida. Sucre makes use of premium French bread flour, French butter, dark chocolate, couverture chocolate, and Callebaut Dutch-processed cocoa. The fact that they don't compromise on ingredients shows in their products. Their brownie boxes set you back at INR 300 (6 pieces) and the bright red packaging makes for a great gifting option too.

Warm it up and it's a gooey, glorious mess that you cannot stop eating (or loving). Mark our words when we say this — you cannot truly stop with one.
